Our pasties come part-baked and travel at ambient temperature (approved by EHO). They can either be frozen once delivered or baked straight away. Two of the gins come from Westward Farm on St Agnes in the Isles of Scilly. The smallest inhabited outcrop jutting out into the Atlantic provide the freshest botanicals; the intense rose geranium grown in the tiny fields on the farm and the heavenly gorse flower, natures ambrosia, harvested by hand from the wild Downs on the South of the island. The other two gins come from Pocketful of Stones in Penzance, Cornwall and we have selected their Dandelion and Burdock flavour, a very familiar taste of childhood for many people, and their Damson gin, harvested by the team once a year from the field hedgerows above Newlyn.
These gins taste delicious with Navas Garden Tonic created here in Cornwall, a refreshing burst of subtle garden botanicals, compliment the wild flavours of the gin perfectly.
