Refunds and Replacements
Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality products and services. However, we are only human and can occasionally make errors while processing your order. Please familiarise yourself with our returns and refunds policy in the event that you believe there has been a mistake concerning your purchase. Note that due to our contract with our courier and the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returns through the post. If there is a fault with an order containing food products we guarantee you a replacement or a full refund on the condition that you return the order to one of our stores in-person or you contact us through our website. If you have identified an error concerning any merchandise or other non-food items you are entitled to a full refund which, again, is conditional on the presentation of sufficient evidence of the fault.
Please be aware we reserve the right to deny a refund request we identify as having insufficient reasoning or evidence.
Cancellations and Changes
You can cancel or make changes to your order until 12pm (midday) the day before you expect to receive your order and receive a full refund, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as you can however as all food items are made to order. To cancel or change your order please contact us directly, ideally over the phone.
Shipping Information
We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to Mainland UK, this excludes the Highlands and some remote areas of Scotland. If you think your postcode might be situated outside of our operating zone please contact us and we will check with our courier.
We use DPD to fulfill all of our orders. DPD provides parcel recipients with a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery through SMS and email, with live track and trace capabilities to see where the driver is on their route. We endeavor to meet all requested delivery dates, with a 48 hour delivery window guaranteed. On the rare occasion the driver experiences a delay and cannot meet the expected date your order will have one additional delivery attempt the following day. If you do not receive your package after 48 hours please contact us and we will resolve the situation. Please ensure somebody is home to receive your parcel, we will not issue refunds if your order goes missing after it is successfully delivered.
Pricing and VAT
The prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice, concerning market fluctuations and general revisions. All prices are inclusive of the standard UK sales tax (VAT) which is charged at the current rate of 20%.
Data and Privacy
We automatically collect information about your use of our services, your interactions with us and our advertising, and information regarding the device used to access our website. We collect the following information you provide to us: your name, address and postcode, email address, phone number and payment information. This information can be collected over the phone from a customer service representative or when you enter it using our website to place an order. We may use this information in a number of ways including contacting you regarding a placed order, and sending marketing information, provided you agree to such content. Your data is strictly confidential and is protected as such, only being shared with our courier service, DPD, in order to fulfill orders placed through our website. We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and we will never retain it for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was provided, with regards to UK compliance and data retention laws which require we hold this information for 6 years, after which it will be destroyed. You may contact us to request we share with you what personal data we hold about you.
