Do you deliver frozen pasties by post? We currently only send part-cooked pasties by post, in the exception that you require a frozen delivery for an event please contact us and we can arrange a quote for you, please note that additional delivery charges will be added for any temperature controlled goods.

How do I cook my pasties? From the Box: If you would like to heat the pasties straight away from the box or from your fridge, place on a baking tray on the parchment paper provided, then place in your oven at a temperature of 175 degrees (165 degrees for fan assisted ovens). Ensure they are piping hot through the middle before serving. Small, medium and large pasties will need about 35 minutes while gurt lickers and celebration pasties will need about 45 minutes. From the Freezer: If you decide to freeze down the cooked pasties when you receive them you must defrost them thoroughly before cooking them as instructed above.

How do I store my pasties? When your cooked pasties arrive they are fine to keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours after you receive them. If you are not planning to eat them when they arrive put them in your freezer straight away where they will keep for up to 3 months.

My pasties haven’t arrived, what should I do? Firstly check your emails to ensure you haven’t accidentally missed any shipping update emails from DPD or us with any information on why your order hasn’t arrived, be sure to check your spam folder. If you haven’t received any emails please contact DPD directly with your shipping information, if you don’t have any luck give us a call.

My pasties aren’t as I expected, can I get a refund? For information regarding refunds and returns, please read our terms and conditions page.

Are your steak pasties dairy free? No, there is butter in the pastry of our steak pasties. If you have a dairy intolerance we may be able to make your order with our vegan pastry instead. If this would suit you please call us directly with details of your order.

Do you offer gluten-free pasties? We do not offer gluten-free pasties as we do not have the facilities required to guarantee the absence of gluten, all pasties are made in our only kitchen in Helston. If you would like advice on where to buy gluten-free pasties please contact us and we can recommend a good alternative.
