Our Steak & Blue pasty is a bold, local twist on a Cornish classic. We combine tender, grass-fed Cornish beef with the sharp tang of artisan blue cheese, all sourced from right here in the county. Mixed with traditional local veg and encased in our signature hand-crimped pastry, it’s a 100% Cornish powerhouse of flavour.

Our Special pasties weigh roughly 350g each, though keep in mind they are all handmade and some variance is expected.

All of our pasties are made by hand & baked to order in our kitchen in Helston, using local ingredients. Our pasties come part-baked and travel at ambient temperature (approved by EHO). They can either be frozen once delivered or baked straight away. All packages come with cooking & storage instructions.
