The oars are ready, the crews are training, and the ovens are prepped! Ann’s Pasties is incredibly proud to announce that we are the headline sponsor for the 2026 World Pilot Gig Championships on the Isles of Scilly.

For our family, this isn’t just a sponsorship—it’s a homecoming. From Ann’s own titles as a veteran rower to Fergus’s seven World Championships with Falmouth, gig rowing is in our blood. We know exactly what it takes to pull through that final stretch into St Mary’s Harbour, and we know that nothing fuels a rower (or a supporter) quite like a traditional Cornish pasty.

From May 1st to May 3rd, 2026, the Isles of Scilly will be a sea of color and competition. We can’t wait to witness the grit, the camaraderie, and the incredible spectacle of hundreds of gigs hitting the water at once.
