Terms and Conditions: Ann’s Pasties Ultimate Giveaway
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Ann’s Pasties (Angegyn Ltd).
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of Mainland Britain aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Ann’s Pasties are not permitted to enter.
3. The Prize Bundle
One lucky winner will receive the following prize package:
- 1 x Ann’s Pasties Gig Seat
- 1 x Ann’s Pasties Gig Straps
- 1 x Ann’s Pasties Hoodie (Subject to size availability)
- 1 x Finisterre Coat (Subject to size availability)
- 10 x Ann’s Pasties (Delivered via courier to a single mainland Britain address)
4. Important Prize Restrictions
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable: None of the items included in the prize bundle can be returned, exchanged for cash, or swapped for alternative products/sizes once dispatched. The prize is non-transferable.
5. Delivery
- Delivery of the 10 pasties is restricted to Mainland Britain only. We cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands due to the perishable nature of the goods.
- The winner must provide a valid delivery address where someone will be available to receive the pasties, as they are a perishable item.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Data Protection
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Ann’s Pasties reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.
