I take great care in producing everyone of my pasties, to do this I carefully chose my ingredients. I feel it is very important to build good relationships with the producers and suppliers I use.

We try to source our ingredients as locally as possible as we believe in supporting our local industries. We are very lucky to have high quality producers within West Cornwall.
